Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive innovation in post-acute and home-based healthcare by leading product research, discovery, and strategy. You will develop scalable solutions to improve business processes, enhance operational performance, and create exceptional experiences for members, providers, and partners.

• Lead product discovery, strategy, and business analysis for growth and innovation
• Optimize end-to-end business processes and translate them into scalable products
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept to continuous improvement
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related fields
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and business processes
