Director of Product, Growth/AI

Brex is seeking a Director of Product to lead their Growth/AI product team. This role will focus on developing strategies and technical systems to drive customer acquisition and onboarding, collaborating closely with Go-to-Market teams. You will be responsible for creating features and models that empower GTM and Marketing efforts, and will manage a team of Product Managers.

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Growth Product team
• Drive customer acquisition and onboarding through AI and technical systems
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
• Develop features, models, and tools to maximize GTM and Marketing leverage
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Analyze GTM funnel and conversion metrics to inform roadmap
