As a Program Manager at Magna, you will lead successful automotive program launches from award through production stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve issues, and ensure targets for timing, quality, cost, and production readiness are met. This role is key to transitioning programs into steady-state production within a dynamic, industry-leading environment.

What we are looking for

Lead plant launch activities from award through SOP and ramp-up
Coordinate cross-functional launch teams (manufacturing, engineering, quality, etc.)
Develop and execute detailed launch plans, timelines, and deliverables
Track and drive closure of open issues impacting launch readiness
Ensure completion of APQP deliverables and PPAP submissions
Monitor launch metrics and drive corrective actions
