Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery for clients in the real estate sector. This role involves managing capital plans, project budgets, scope, and schedules, while also overseeing consultants and contractors. The position requires strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery
• Support Client with Capital Plan development & project scope
• Develop project budget including hard and soft costs
• Perform negotiations and value engineering
• Track and monitor meaningful data Metrics, analysis and KPIs
• Manage consultants, contractors, and client relationships
