Senior Product Manager

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and strategy for our critical Orders & Reservations platform. You will optimize the book-to-serve journey, reduce customer failures, and leverage AI/ML to enhance booking and payment success. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements in a globally scaled, business-critical system.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for order management and reservations
• Improve booking, payment success, and reduce failed customer interactions
• Partner with engineering on APIs, distributed systems, and cloud integrations
• Lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, design, and analytics
• Apply AI/ML and intelligent automation to prevent failures
• Utilize data and experimentation to identify and prioritize friction points
