Sr. Mgr R&D Applications and Systems

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global R&D Applications & Systems team in Raynham, Massachusetts. This role will define the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) product and platform strategy, enabling R&D and product development across the enterprise. You will own enterprise-scale PLM capabilities and integrations, acting as the Business Product Manager for PLM, ALM, and CAD, driving innovation and regulatory compliance for medical devices.

• Define and execute global PLM/ALM/CAD product and platform strategy
• Serve as Business Product Manager for PLM, ALM, and CAD capabilities
• Define and operationalize master data models, governance, and quality practices
• Lead, develop, and scale a team partnering with R&D stakeholders
• Manage vendor selection, third-party relationships, and contracts
• Develop stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption plans
