Program Manager

Solera is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex IT, organizational, and process integration initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and manage project lifecycles to achieve milestones and strategic objectives. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a data-driven approach to drive positive change globally.

• Deliver multiple complex initiatives and programs
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and planning sessions
• Drive company-wide, high-visibility programs
• Align with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business
• Define scope, set goals, develop schedules, and track progress
• Provide gap analysis and process improvement recommendations
