AI Program and Product Management Leader

Lumentum is seeking an AI Product Management & Operations leader to drive enterprise AI transformation. This role will coordinate across business stakeholders, product owners, data and engineering teams, and external partners to ensure AI initiatives are prioritized, executed effectively, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, cross-functional, business-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage the portfolio of AI products and initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases
• Coordinate with internal engineering, data, analytics, product, and operational teams
• Establish and run operating cadences for AI portfolio reviews
• Track milestones, schedules, resource dependencies, and delivery risks
• Support development of portfolio governance processes
