Product Leader

As a Director-level Product Leader, you will drive the strategy and execution of key product initiatives that directly impact organizational outcomes. You will leverage data to make informed product decisions, improve service quality, reduce costs, and enhance clinical quality. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data Analytics teams to deliver solutions that meet member needs and business goals.

• Lead outcome-oriented product strategy and roadmap development
• Drive measurable operational outcomes like cost reduction and improved member experience
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, and Clinical teams
• Communicate insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• 8+ years of software product management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
