Product Manager

Airtable is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-native product experiences, focusing on the collaboration between humans and AI agents within their no-code platform. You will own product areas end-to-end, from discovery to production, defining how AI agents integrate and operate within existing user interfaces. This role requires a technically fluent individual with strong product sense and user empathy to drive innovation in an AI-first environment.

• Own product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery to measured outcomes
• Build AI-native product experiences for human-agent collaboration
• Define how AI agents appear, act, and remain accountable in the product
• Take on systems and structural problems across product surfaces
• Use AI tools for prototyping and rapid iteration
• Define success metrics for AI quality, adoption, and behavior change
