Software Product Manager

Kion SCS is seeking a Product Manager to define, deploy, and scale AI-driven capabilities within their Command Center platform. This role involves hands-on engagement across the full AI product lifecycle, from use-case discovery and business case development to pilot execution and commercialization. You will work closely with AI engineers, development teams, and customers to identify practical AI use cases and ensure successful adoption across various industrial operations.

• Identify and define high-value AI opportunities in industrial operations
• Translate customer pain points into AI use cases with clear ROI
• Guide AI and engineering teams with business context and requirements
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through production rollout
• Define validation frameworks for AI quality and business impact
• Support sales and commercial teams with customer-facing narratives
