Principal / Sr. Principal Project Management (Product Support)

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal Project Manager to join their Aerospace Systems team. This role focuses on Product Support and requires experience with cost management, proposal development, and government regulations. The position is based in San Diego, CA or Palmdale, CA and requires a Secret security clearance.

• Manage Product Support efforts on development and sustainment programs
• Understand cost types and elements
• Develop BOE, TAM, and ROM
• Knowledge of Product Support Technical Disciplines (R&M, Technical Publications, DMSMS, Training, M&S)
• Familiarity with government proposal regulations (FAR, DFAR)
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
