Senior Manager, Product Management - CX

This role focuses on scaling products for location-based businesses in hospitality, QSR, and retail. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience, a player-coach mentality, and the ability to drive strategy and execution in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Locations CX Product suite
• Coach and mentor a team of high-performing Product Managers and product scientists
• Drive clarity and decision-making across cross-functional teams

• Proven PM leadership with 10+ years of experience and 3+ years managing others
