Senior IT Project Manager/BA Coordinator

• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile and hybrid project teams
• Manage medium to large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) projects
• Define project scope and schedule, focusing on timely delivery of value
• Manage risks, issues, and deviations from plans
• Support Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications
• Mentor and develop team members, removing roadblocks to their work
