Operation Product Manager (onsite)

As an Operations Product Manager at RTX, you will be the central point of contact for ensuring the successful operational execution of complex products. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive predictable performance in cost, schedule, and quality, while proactively identifying and resolving risks throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership and deep operations expertise to deliver high-quality hardware on time and within budget.

• Lead end-to-end operations execution for complex products
• Drive cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing risks
• Influence decision-making across Program Management, Factory Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Ensure factory readiness and seamless production plan execution
• Manage operations cost accounts and support program milestones
• Monitor and improve on-time delivery performance
