Technical Program Manager

Clark is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead IT initiatives within the Enterprise Applications team. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from prioritization to delivery, ensuring high-quality enterprise application solutions that meet evolving business needs. The position is based onsite in McLean, VA.

• Manage end-to-end execution of complex technical projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize requests
• Oversee full technical project lifecycle from concept to closure
• Lead change management and drive cross-functional problem-solving
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team adoption of methodologies
• Act as primary communication liaison between technical and non-technical teams
