Project Manager

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will lead small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects, serving as the main client contact. You will manage project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes through strategic planning, team coordination, and budget management. This role is key to delivering exceptional real estate solutions across the New England region.

• Lead small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage relationships
• Procure and manage services from designers and contractors
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules
• Conduct site visits throughout the New England region
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building design, construction, or facilities management
