About this role
As a Program Manager for Intelligent Machine Systems, you will lead electronic systems and software development for Excavators, driving collaboration between engineering teams and the Excavation Division. You will manage new product introductions, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and technical resolutions.
What we are looking for
6- Lead electronic systems and software development for Excavators
- Manage New Product Introduction and Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate collaboration between IMS and Excavation Division
- Manage program scope, schedule, cost, and technical issue resolution
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in Data Gathering & Analysis, Alignment, and Cross-Team Integration
