Remitly is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Technical to lead a team in developing and scaling customer support for new financial products and customer segments. You will design and implement automated, AI-driven support experiences that enable faster product-market fit and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving best practices in customer support operations.

• Lead a team of Program Managers and Specialists supporting new initiatives
• Operationalize multiproduct consumer support policies and processes
• Design and implement AI-driven support solutions to reduce manual effort
• Ensure operational compliance and risk reduction for new products
• Develop and maintain program documentation and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations teams on strategic initiatives
