About this role

Manage complex, multi-year government contracts for Teledyne, coordinating engineering, operations, and sales teams to deliver products on time and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing financial reports, product development, and scheduling.

What we are looking for

Manage all aspects of program execution to satisfy customer requirements and ensure profitability
Plan, monitor, and manage to avoid specification shortfalls, budget overruns, and schedule overruns
Negotiate and agree upon Statement of Work (SOW) with customer
Act as the principal point of contact between the customer and Teledyne
Track program Earned Value via detailed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning tools
Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering, or Sales
