Corporate Development Project Manager

RSM is seeking a Corporate Development Project Manager to drive deal execution and advance strategic goals. This role involves managing the end-to-end deal process, from initiation through post-close integration, requiring strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Partner with leadership to execute deal and business priorities
• Own the end-to-end deal execution process
• Lead cross-functional coordination across finance, legal, HR, and business teams
• Oversee diligence, data room management, and post-close responsibilities
• Manage financial mechanics, transition service agreements, and synergy models
• Create and execute detailed project plans
