Technical Migration Delivery - Senior Lead

Lead complex customer migration projects for Salesforce, acting as the primary technical and strategic contact. You will build trust with customers, coordinate with engineering partners, and ensure successful go-lives by leveraging AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate timelines and deliver measurable value.

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements
• Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits
• Collaborate closely with GDC partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau
• Act as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents
