Project Manager, Back Office Operations

Point72 is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic back-office operations projects, focusing on automating trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement. You will partner with technology and various business teams to design and optimize end-to-end trade flows and implement new platforms.

• Lead back-office projects from inception to delivery
• Build automation and straight-through processing workflows
• Design and optimize trade flow, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Partner with technology, trade support, risk, and compliance teams
• Manage implementations of portfolio accounting and reconciliation platforms
• Deliver efficiency gains through automation and scripting
