AVP, Product Analyst

LPL Financial is seeking an execution-focused AVP, Product Analyst to lead initiative coordination within their Cash Management domain. This role involves coordinating and delivering solutions for payments, third-party banking, and retirement capabilities to enhance advisor and client experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership within an agile framework.

• Coordinate initiative coordination within Cash Management domain (Payments, 3rd party Banking, Retirement)
• Deliver solutions to enhance advisor and client experience and operational efficiency
• Act as a liaison and communicate requirements through epics and stories
• Support Agile Release Train activities including backlog maintenance and sprint planning
• Develop and maintain standards for progress visibility and reporting
• Minimum 7 years IT experience, 5 years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management
