Technical Program Manager, Platform

Scale AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to accelerate the development of their Generative AI Platform (SGP). You will own the end-to-end execution of critical infrastructure initiatives, acting as a liaison between platform engineering, product teams, and leadership. This role requires translating complex architectural challenges into clear strategies, mitigating risks, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable systems in a fast-paced AI environment.

• Lead strategic planning and execution for SGP core capabilities
• Manage features from technical scoping through production launch
• Drive execution and manage dependencies across engineering, ML, and product teams
• Translate complex infrastructure metrics into actionable roadmaps
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for GenAI infrastructure
• Establish agile processes to empower engineers and ensure reliability
