Manager, Technical Program Management

Manage the implementation and adoption of AI-powered products and analytics solutions across the organization. You will act as a liaison between product, technical, and business teams, driving pilot programs, gathering user insights, and ensuring successful integration into daily operations.

• Lead pilot programs and phased rollouts for analytics, AI, and decisioning solutions
• Partner with Product Owners to translate user feedback into product enhancements
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and reporting needs
• Analyze current ways of working to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement
• Facilitate implementation activities and Agile workstreams to support adoption
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, data, and technology teams
