Senior Manager, Product Management

Capital One India is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead AI/ML Model Monitoring and Governance within the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team. This role involves developing product vision and strategy, understanding user needs, and collaborating with global teams to drive innovation in responsible GenAI and ML model deployment.

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for AI/ML model monitoring and governance
• Understand needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and model risk officers
• Partner with business and technology leadership on prioritization
• Collaborate with teams in India and USA to drive alignment
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics into product design
• Maintain a healthy backlog and participate in agile ceremonies
