Retail Associate - Garden State

Zayo Europe is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Product Management team in Sofia. This role will focus on shaping commercial performance and packet portfolio pricing, collaborating closely with Product Management, Finance, Commercial, and Sales teams. You will analyze pricing strategies, optimize product performance, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and margin optimization.

• Own product analytics for the packet portfolio, tracking revenue, margin, and churn
• Develop and measure product analytics KPIs, market segmentation, and churn analysis
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for growth and efficiency
• Design and evolve dashboards and reporting using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Strategy teams
• Drive pricing optimization by analyzing customer behavior and market trends
