Senior Engineering Program Manager

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead innovation and technology roadmaps for their Hybrid Cloud division. This role involves managing the design, development, and product portfolio of next-generation cloud platforms, working with customers to reimagine IT needs and deliver solutions. You will manage key programs, drive engineering development, and oversee product portfolios for a Global Business Unit.

• Manage and lead key programs involving multiple functions and program teams
• Direct the development of overall program strategy, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage activities of supporting program teams and development partners
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
