Manager, Project Management (Tech Learning Consultation & Design)

Manage high-priority learning initiatives within the Tech organization, focusing on learning needs analysis, stakeholder relationships, and roadmap creation. Partner with internal and external teams to deliver learning solutions and collaborate with engineering on technical execution, including a potential internal certification product.

• Provide learning consultation and design for high priority learning initiatives
• Own learning needs analysis and stakeholder relationships to create learning roadmap
• Partner with vendors, internal SMEs, and engineering to deliver learning
• Identify and escalate issues and risks in team's delivery
• Support execution of internal certification product in partnership with engineering
• Connect business objectives with learning solutions and learner-centered experiences
