Alternance – Comptable Mandant (H/F)

This is an apprenticeship opportunity for an Accounting Mandate role within the real estate sector. You will manage client portfolios, handle accounting for property management and co-ownership mandates, and advise clients on financial aspects. The role involves commercial follow-up, prospecting, and reporting on performance indicators.

• Manage and grow client portfolios in property administration
• Handle commercial and accounting follow-up of mandates
• Prospect, negotiate, and close new property management contracts
• Ensure accounting for management and co-ownership mandates
• Prepare accounting and tax documents for clients
• Advise owners and co-owners on accounting matters
