About this role
As a 3D Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the planning, tracking, and successful delivery of 3D spatial intelligence projects. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and production activities, coordinating with diverse internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and risks are identified early. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
What we are looking for 6
- Coordinate 3D projects from planning through delivery
- Manage communications across multiple enterprise tools and stakeholders
- Perform feasibility analyses and Level of Effort (LOE) assessments
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure documentation completeness
- Experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and enterprise tools (JIRA, Salesforce)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
