Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products and services, driving project success from initiation through transfer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.

• Lead large NPI projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage project schedules, financials, and technical requirements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability
• Communicate project status to external customers and upper management
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and experience in a similar role
• Experience with electrical products and manufacturing processes
