Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the zero-to-one adoption program for Agentforce Service Cloud and emerging products. This role involves managing the entire portfolio of lighthouse and scaled customers, driving velocity, resolving blockers, and ensuring field learnings directly influence the product roadmap. You will act as the fastest path from field signal to product action, requiring an engineering background, deep familiarity with AI and agentic systems, and strong communication skills.

• Own the Agentforce adoption program end-to-end
• Drive portfolio-level tracking, velocity, and blocker resolution
• Close the feedback loop between field signals and product action within a week
• Build and maintain the deployment playbook for the field ecosystem
• Track adoption metrics and communicate program status at all levels
• Requires 8+ years in technical program management or product operations with an engineering background
