Senior Project Manager

Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end change and transformation initiatives in their NYC office. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office and involves managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to achieve business outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end projects for change and transformation initiatives
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and governance
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate communication
• Lead and motivate project teams
• Support organizational transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, program, and change management
