What we are looking for

Write detailed product requirements and technical specs for Kubernetes/container features
Deploy clusters, test new features, and reproduce customer/support issues
Work day-to-day with engineers in sprint planning and backlog grooming
Triage and prioritize incoming bugs, customer escalations, and feature requests
Track competitive Kubernetes distributions and ecosystem tools
Contribute to release notes, technical documentation, and internal enablement content
