VP, Program Manager / Senior Business Analyst

As a VP, Program Manager / Senior Business Analyst, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives by combining program management discipline with senior-level business analysis. You will own initiatives end-to-end, partnering across business, operations, product, and technology teams to define objectives, manage risks, and drive delivery. This role requires a leader who can bring structure to complex problems, facilitate decisions, and communicate effectively with senior management.

• Lead planning and execution of strategic programs and workstreams
• Develop integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and track milestones
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate governance forums
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership
