Product Manager

Lead the vision and delivery of our digital lending platform, shaping loan products and partner integrations. You will translate requirements into clear specifications and collaborate closely with engineering through the entire development lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience in the Indian digital lending space and a proven track record of building or implementing lending platforms.

• Product vision and roadmap for lending platform (LMS/LOS)
• Agile product development and backlog management
• Loan product design including interest, fees, and repayment schedules
• Multi-partner integration and onboarding
• Ensuring compliance with RBI digital lending framework
• 5+ years experience, with 2+ in Indian digital lending product roles
