About this role

CACI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a significant RDT&E effort for the Space Force, focusing on advanced RF collection systems and related software/hardware. You will be responsible for the overall program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance, while serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team through complex development cycles.

What we are looking for

Own program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management
Drive development and integration of RF collection systems, antenna payloads, and software/hardware
Manage vendor engagement, including DPAS-rated procurements and Factory Acceptance Testing
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical compliance and integration success
Prepare and deliver customer progress briefs and program reviews
Lead and develop a cross-functional team, including hiring and performance management

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
