Senior Product Manager

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to manage the lifecycle of products within the Air Cooled Magnetics Bearing Portfolio, focusing on the data center vertical. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives, driving new product launches, and supporting strategy development.

• Manage product lifecycle for Air Cooled Magnetics Bearing Portfolio
• Support data center vertical and mechanical cooling infrastructure
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
• Gather customer insights and drive continuous improvement
• Lead New Product Development Launches and support strategy development
• Provide operational support and optimize product performance
