Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Heritage Construction + Materials, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and safe execution of heavy civil and highway construction projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial setup and scheduling through field coordination, subcontractor management, and final closeout, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage project administration, documentation, and scheduling
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contractual compliance
• Prepare cost estimates and manage change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead project closeout activities
