Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will establish and lead program management standards for the Measurement & Control segment, driving the planning and execution of all related projects. You will influence the product development portfolio and collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal resource allocation and project success. This role requires challenging business strategy and ensuring project leaders adhere to established standards.

• Develop and implement standardized program and project management practices
• Influence product development roadmap and strategic business decisions
• Provide accurate and transparent reporting to leadership
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve escalated issues
• Lead software and hardware engineering projects
• Experience with product development processes from requirements to launch
