Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy

Codal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a strategic client in the virtual pharmacy space. You will modernize prescription ordering, filling, adjudication, and delivery by partnering with healthcare systems and digital pharmacies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Rx lifecycle, PBM, and healthcare claims adjudication, along with e-commerce and customer lifecycle experience.

• Lead product discovery for enterprise healthcare and pharmacy clients
• Map end-to-end digital pharmacy journeys
• Translate business problems into product strategies and roadmaps
• Own product domains and drive roadmap execution
• Translate pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements into product requirements
• Serve as a product leader for digital pharmacy and healthcare transformation initiatives
