Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to define and implement enterprise content strategy, governance, and reporting practices. This role will coordinate roadmaps across various initiatives, drive adoption of standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of business outcomes.

What we are looking for

Define and refine program metrics, track performance against KPIs, and deliver executive-level reporting
Coordinate enterprise content initiatives across business units and cross-functional teams
Manage intake, prioritization, and coordination of content requests across stakeholders
Partner with Senior Manager to define and evolve program roadmaps
Drive execution of roadmap initiatives across teams and business units
Proven experience in program management, digital content strategy, or enterprise content operations
