Technical Project Manager, Lead

Dyson is seeking a Lead Project Manager for their New Product Development team, focusing on robotics. This role involves managing software-driven development, integrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of robotics products from concept to lifecycle management. You will collaborate with design, research, manufacturing, and commercial teams, manage external vendors, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Manage and integrate cross-functional teams for robotics product delivery
• Establish accountability and partner with external vendors for high-resolution software quality
• Coordinate and communicate project status, resolve conflicts, and lead solutions
• Challenge concepts to achieve optimum design within time, specification, and cost boundaries
• Manage resource allocation and project cost with Finance
• Ensure adherence to Dyson development processes and good engineering practice
