About this role

Lead new product development programs and drive business operations for state-of-the-art products within GEV Gas Power. You will develop and execute product strategies, create detailed development plans, and champion new product introductions and cost-out initiatives. This highly visible role involves improving engineering effectiveness and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

What we are looking for

Manage integrated NPI plans, schedules, resources, and budgets
Ensure NPI excellence through robust requirements and transparent reporting
Manage NPI financial aspects and deliver strong ROI on development investments
Support strategy development and communication to engineering teams
Drive process improvements across manufacturing, services, engineering, and product management
Minimum 6 years of experience in program management or related technical fields
