Product Management Specialist

Join Salesforce as a Product Management Specialist to help shape the responsible development and implementation of AI agents and emerging technologies. You will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, translate complex AI ethics concepts into practical recommendations, and build controls to ensure safeguards are effective.

• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to identify and mitigate AI risks
• Develop guidance and tools for documenting and communicating AI functionality and limitations
• Translate AI ethics concepts into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical teams
• Build and track controls and mitigations in partnership with the Testing, Evaluation, and Alignment team
• Experience as a Product Manager or in building technology products, ideally with AI/ML exposure
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build trust across cross-functional teams
