About this role

Lead and manage a portfolio of early-stage R&D projects involving software, AI/ML, and hardware within the Emerging Business and Innovation Group. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve execution challenges. Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and translate technical inputs into actionable plans for strategic innovation.
