Vice President, Senior Product Analyst

As a VP, Sr. Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our mortgage product offerings by providing critical product intelligence. You will lead the analysis of competitor and investor guidelines, develop insightful reports, and design efficient, technology-driven processes to identify market opportunities and risks.

• Lead analysis of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage product guidelines
• Develop and publish product intelligence reports
• Design and implement scalable guideline review processes using Excel and AI
• Create and maintain standardized guideline analysis templates
• Serve as a subject matter expert on guideline requirements and competitive positioning
• 5+ years of mortgage banking experience with leadership experience
