Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Project & Development Services

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate facilities projects, from initial design and planning through construction and completion. You will manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and vendor relations, ensuring all objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex projects.

• Manage design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and reports
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs
• Review change orders and manage project financials
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and blueprints
